This isn't just any business trip; it's an opportunity to share, learn, and enjoy.

The more open you are to the experience, the easier it will be for the images to reflect that positive energy.

Experience

You are going to live unique moments.

From spontaneous conversations to team dynamics or simple shared laughter.

And there I will be, with my cameras, capturing the essentials: real emotions, authentic gestures, experiences worth remembering.

Sometimes I will be a silent observer, looking for those moments that go unnoticed but speak volumes.

On other occasions, I'll come by to chat with you, so you can tell me how you're experiencing the experience from the inside.

Because beyond the images, my goal is to tell a story:

yours.

An experience
to remember

Hello, my name is Fernando Terrasa and I have been a professional photographer for over 20 years.

If you're reading this, it's because your company has organized a very special trip for you and your colleagues, and I'll have the privilege of accompanying you closely to document it with photos and video.

First of all, I want to congratulate you.

Working for a company that believes in people, that values the talent and commitment of its team, isn't something you see every day.

This initiative represents much more than just a trip: it's an investment in you, in your motivation, in your growth, and in your well-being.

These types of experiences are created with a clear purpose: to recognize your efforts, reward your dedication, and strengthen the bonds within the team.

It's an opportunity to learn from each other, to share doubts, insecurities, ideas, and, above all, to discover everything you have in common beyond the work environment.

My work

My job is not just taking photos or recording videos.

It is creating a valuable memory, a visual testimony of a transformative experience.

Something you can share with other colleagues in the future and that, over time, will remind you of who you are and everything you've experienced together.

I invite you to fully enjoy the trip.

It's not just a break from the routine, it's a training opportunity in the broadest sense:

Training is also about getting to know each other, connecting and growing as a team.

Giving advance advice to employees and participants not only makes my job as a photographer and filmmaker easier,

but also helps them look better in pictures and feel comfortable during the trip.

SOME TIPS

  • Bringing layered clothing (shirts, light jackets, scarves) gives you the opportunity to vary your look throughout your trip without complicating your life.

  • Natural fabrics such as linen, cotton or fine wool often look especially good on camera.

Comfortable clothing

You don't need to change your style, but if you want to take advantage of the trip to update your haircut or dress up a bit more, that's great.

The important thing is that you feel comfortable with your image.

Avoid flashy accessories , watches, bracelets, earrings or accessories.
The idea is that they remember your attitude and your speech, nothing else...

Personal Image

Authenticity is the most powerful thing in front of the camera.

There's no need to pose or force smiles.

The best thing you can do is live in the moment naturally.

The most beautiful images are always those that reflect who you truly are.

Be yourself

  • First, you must follow the guidelines given by your superiors (if you have corporate colors, uniforms, or any special requests).

  • But also:

  • Opt for solid, neutral colors such as white, black, gray, beige, or ecru tones .

  • These colors do not distract attention and provide visual elegance.

  • Avoid very bright or garish colors such as deep red, fuchsia, neon green, or bright orange.

  • Avoid T-shirts with large prints, visible logos, or written messages, as they can steal the spotlight and distract from group photos or videos.

  • If you can, bring comfortable but well-cared-for clothing that represents you and that you feel good in.
